Across every technical role I've seen impacted by AI agents, the pattern is the same: execution speed gets commoditized, and the value shifts upstream to intent, design, and trust.
The one thing I'd add tho: there is an implicit shift from "answering business questions" to "designing systems that answer questions correctly"
I've been hated my entire career for asking name changes to fields i PRs. After reading this, I feel relieved, having a good naming structure is key to grow a system.
